Careers Data Privacy Notice

What we collect

When you apply through our careers form we collect: your name, email, phone number, LinkedIn and GitHub profiles, portfolio link, cover note, and the resume file you upload (PDF or DOCX).

How we use it

We use your data only to evaluate your fit for the role you applied to, communicate with you about your application, and perform internal AI-assisted screening. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

How long we keep it

We retain your resume and application data for up to 13 months after your last interaction with us, after which it is permanently deleted.

Your rights

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure — request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Withdrawal — withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@confersolutions.ai.
