Which AVMs does it support?

Major AVM providers (Veros / VeroVALUE, CoreLogic, House Canary, Black Knight Collateral Analytics) at launch. Lender-specific AVMs added as customers request.

Which appraisal forms?

URAR (1004) at launch. URAR-Hybrid, 2055 Exterior, and 1073 Condo on the roadmap.

Does it submit to UCDP?

No; it validates UCDP submission readiness but doesn't submit. UCDP submission stays in the lender's existing system.

What's the value-band tolerance default?

10% by default; configurable per lender after launch.

When does AVM Diff launch?
