As an Account Executive at Confer, you own the full sales cycle, from first conversation to closed deal, bringing our AI products to new customers and growing existing accounts. You sell to technical and business buyers, and you carry a number.

What you'll do

  • Own pipeline and the full cycle, from prospecting to close.
  • Run discovery and product demos that land.
  • Navigate both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Bring customer feedback back to product.
  • Hit and exceed targets.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of B2B sales, ideally technical or SaaS.
  • A track record of hitting quota.
  • Strong discovery and communication skills.
  • Comfort selling to technical buyers.
  • Self-starter who thrives without a heavy playbook.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling AI/ML or developer products.
  • Early-stage startup experience.
  • Technical fluency.
