As a Customer Success Manager at Confer, you make customers successful with our AI products by owning onboarding, adoption, and renewal so they get real value and stay. You are the bridge between our customers and our product.

What you'll do

  • Own onboarding and early adoption for new customers.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer teams.
  • Drive usage and measurable outcomes.
  • Surface product feedback and advocate for customers internally.
  • Own renewals and expansion.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in customer success or account management for technical products.
  • Strong relationship and communication skills.
  • Data-driven and outcome-focused.
  • A problem-solver who stays calm under pressure.
  • Comfortable with technical concepts.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI/ML or technical products.
  • Onboarding or implementation experience.
  • Startup experience.
