As a Product Manager at Confer, you turn real customer problems into AI products that ship and get used. You decide what to build, sequence it, and measure whether it worked, working shoulder to shoulder with engineering and design.
What you'll do
- Run discovery with customers to find problems worth solving.
- Define and prioritize the roadmap, and sequence it for impact.
- Write clear specs and make the tradeoffs explicit.
- Partner closely with engineering and design through delivery.
- Measure adoption and outcomes, then iterate.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of product management on technical products.
- Strong discovery and prioritization instincts.
- Clear written communication.
- Comfort working with data to make decisions.
- Ability to work closely with engineers and designers.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI/ML or data products.
- A technical background.
- B2B or enterprise product experience.
