As a Full-Stack Engineer at Confer, you build the products around the AI: the web apps, APIs, and services customers use every day. You ship full-stack features end to end, with quality and care for the people using them.
What you'll do
- Build full-stack features across the front end and back end (TypeScript, React/Next.js, APIs).
- Design and integrate APIs and data models that other teams build on.
- Work with AI engineers to take AI features from prototype to production.
- Own quality: tests, performance, and accessibility, not just the happy path.
- Contribute to shared infrastructure and CI/CD.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years building and shipping production web applications.
- Strong TypeScript/JavaScript and a modern framework (React, Next.js, or similar).
- Solid API and database design.
- Comfort with testing and CI/CD.
- Care for user experience and performance.
Nice to have
- Experience integrating LLM or AI features into a product.
- Cloud and DevOps familiarity (Docker, CI, observability).
- An eye for design and interaction detail.
